Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other reason.

How to Request a Return

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orthocomfort.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Conditions

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect are required
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns are not accepted for any reason other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item being shipped

Resolution

For approved claims, we will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
