How to request a return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@orthocomfort.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
